All Vinyl PVC starts out as a cloudy, clear grain not Black
it all begins with raw pvc. Which is a cloudy/clear compound. If color or black is required, then the dyes are added at the factory level and distributed accordingly. This puts the long standing myth to rest about black vinyl “sounding better” than colors.
Stampers are what contain the grooves with your music! They are made of pure Nickel!
Stampers hold a mirror image of the grooves that are pressed into the hot pvc. If you’ve ever noticed the numbers in the dead wax of a record, which is called the “Matrix”. Those codes are actually backwards on the stampers!
The Center labels are baked in an oven?
Yes, in fact the center labels must be baked in our oven for up to 10 hours (sometimes more) in order to remove all potential moisture from the ink. This is done so that the labels don’t stick to the stampers while pressing, and leave behind ink or even fragments of paper!

Once your first order is placed and all of the materials are gathered. (Laquers, Stampers and Test Pressings) You no longer need to purchase these parts as they can all last for up to 1000 pressings!
Your outer jackets can be made elsewhere for much cheaper if you are willing to assemble them yourself!
Jackets can be made of a cheaper cardboard elsewhere. if you decide to go that route you maybe be able to assemble them yourself and save on the cost of high end jackets and shipping!
