Where are you based from?

We manufacture each and every vinyl in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

What kind of delays should I be expecting?

Delays truly depends the project and quantity. With every quote, we provide the most realistic timeline suited for your project.

Can I pay more for a rush order?

Yes! We do offer express manufacturing.

Why do records cost so much?

Their is a lot that goes into pressing vinyl. First you need your laquers cut, which are turned into stampers. (lots of metalwork involved.) Then, center labels must be printed along with your outer jackets and other additions to the packaging. The cost of our high grade PVC. Shop time, along with labour costs. Finally, all of these pieces are outsourced so shipping is involved with every component.

Why are your quotes higher than other pressing plants?

At other pressing plants, they pay their press operators minimum wage along with having high turnover rates. Alongside our attention to quality and detail, we are a small boutique shop with only three employees. All of those factors add up to a higher price but a much higher guarantee of quality and appeal!

Should I order a test pressing?

It is not obligatory but we do heavily recommend it.

How customizable can my vinyl be?

Possibilities are endless. We always love to receive new and exciting projects, don’t be hesitant to get in touch!

Is international shipping available?

Of course! Once you submit the information necessary to generate a quote, we’ll include the shipping cost, regardless to where you’re located.

Are your records quality controlled?

We take great pride in quality controlling every single record that leaves our shop. Having extreme attention to detail and locating any flaws that would render a record sub-par. You can expect extremely high quality records from our shop! (See Reviews Tab)

Is there a minimum quantity order?

Our minimum quantity order is 100 units.

Is there a maximum quantity order?

Generally yes our maximum is 2000 units. If more are requested, special arrangements can definitly be made. As in splitting up the full order into two segments.

Is there a sound difference between black and colored vinyls?

It all depends. Black is a sure way for clear sounding records. But, masterbatch colors are the exact same material as black (vinyl PVC all starts out as clear) The only times surface noise may be present is in records with lots of colors. Or records with sparkle/ metallic qualities. But generally black is indistinguishable from color in terms of sound quality.
